Spa 2000 began in December 1999 and is under new ownership as of October 2006. The company's strong, high quality service, and the commitment to constantly upgrading the team's skills and creative vision helped it grow rapidly, a perfect reflection of a luxurious spa environment.

The concern for each customer is reflected by the atmosphere of the spa and in every way that the Spa 2000's team operates. The result is a group of up-to-date professionals expressing fresh ideas with finely tuned technical skills. Policies of Spa 2000
We want to ensure that your that your time at Spa 2000 is of the utmost in relaxation & quality. We ask that you arrive at least 15-20min before your appointment to make certain that your service can be started on time, if you have multiple appointment & will be changing into a robe, more time is needed.. When you arrive you will be greeted & escorted to our waiting area, and then shown where locker, and restroom facilities are located. If you have multiple services you will be given a Luxurious Robe & Slippers, and locker with a key to keep your belonging safe during your stay. Then your technician will find you back in the waiting area to begin your services.
 (A Robe may be worn for any service upon request, but not typically given unless you have multiple services scheduled.)
Scheduling or Cancellations:
You would agree that time is a very valuable asset. Advanced scheduling is recommended. Ask when scheduling your appointment to add a steam bath to your treatment this is complimentary but notification is needed. All appointments are held with a credit card at the time of booking. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours before scheduled time (48 hours for a group reservation) or you will be charged in full for the service. If Gift Certificates are being used, without the cancellation notice your gift certifcate will be forfeited.
Spa Atmosphere.
Spa 2000 prides themselves on being a luxurious, tranquil environment, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off prior to entering the Spa. Please keep voices low. If you have a group we have a party area available to bring your own food & bevarages if you choose, please ask at the time of scheduling if needed. Also, as much as we love children, to maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the Spa, if it is necessary for short appointments they must remain with you for your appointment and to keep noise down.
Upon arrival
As a Spa client, you are invited to stay at the spa as long as you desire to enjoy the peace & quiet that Spa 2000 stands behind.  Browse through our retail area, check out our reading literature, but  allow enough time before and after your treatment to change clothes and enjoy any of our complimentary beverages. We do abide by our Spa hours, so please keep this in mind.  If this is your first visit, please arrive a few minutes earlier to get aquainted with our Spa, appointments begin promptly.
What to wear during a treatment:
We don't have a dress code, where what you'd like to your appointment. You may bring a swimming suit from home for any body treatment or we provide a disposable one for you. Your therapist will explain to you what can be worn during your services, as in massage, they will ask you to undress to your comfort level, but to keep in mind if they are working on your back & shoulders bras would need to be removed.We regret that we are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask that you remove all jewelry before treatments. It would be best to leave jewelry at home.
